                              RESOLUTION NO. 21753
                 
                 
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                 PARKS & RECREATION TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT 
                 WITH DERTHICK, HENLEY & WILKERSON, ARCHITECTS, 
                 RELATIVE TO DEVELOPMENT OF A MASTER PLAN FOR 
                 THE RIVERMONT DUPONT PARK FACILITY, FOR A TOTAL 
                 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THIRTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT 
                 HUNDRED THIRTY DOLLARS ($13,830.00), MORE 
                 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
                 
                 
                                                     
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of Parks and 
       Recreation be and is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement 
       with Derthick, Henley & Wilkerson, Architects, relative to 
       development of a Master Plan for the Rivermont Dupont Park 
       facility for a fee of $11,400.00, with reimbursable expenses 
       estimated at $2,430.00, for a total amount not to exceed 
       $13,830.00.
